All products will be shipped via UPS, FedEX, or USPS in the case of domestic shipments to the US and its territories generally within 2-14 business days from ordering for merchandise that is in stock at the time the order was created.  If any item is on backorder, a customer may pre-order by paying for the merchandise upon order creation.  The customer will be notified immediately via email when the pre-ordered product is back in stock and available to ship it will be shipped immediately from available inventory.  Any international shipments will be sent via UPS or DHL.  All shipping and handling charges will be charged to and paid for by the customer and are non-refundable.

Legal Terms and Refund/Return Policy

All products purchased are custom manufactured to a specific order and are not returnable or exchangeable. Please take special care to order carefully and completely. We always recommend purchasing samples before making a larger purchase; samples are available here at SolarTintWholesale.com. Ask all questions before placing an order. When buying one of our products, please note that the item is being sold as described. No changes or alterations to the item (except in the case of color/finish prior to shipment) can be made at any time and will not constitute grounds for a return. All special order products are nonrefundable and nonexchangeable. In a case where we do accept a return, shipping is nonrefundable and there is a 50% restocking fee for converted rolls. Full unopened rolls if accepted are subject to 40% restocking fee.  We DO NOT accept returns on any of our printed products. These are printed to order and are final sales.

Products that are altered from their original state are not valid for warranty claims, such as laminating color change films to alter the finish of the products, printing on color change wraps, etc. Solar Tint Wholesale LLC will always try their best to attempt to file claims in these attempts, however, nothing is guaranteed as we will file it through the process and speak to the necessary reps to try to help.

International orders: manufacturers do not offer warranty or replacements for products shipped outside of the United States. Because of this, all sales are final for international transactions. Solar Tint Wholesale LLC does NOT take responsibility in cases where there is a defect or product failure.

Solar Tint Wholesale LLC will replace or exchange products only if they are deemed to be incomplete or defective by a company representative. All products are quality-assurance checked for flaws and completeness prior to shipping. You must inform us about incomplete orders, defects, shortages, and/or exceptions within 14 days of receiving your order. There are absolutely no replacements, exchanges, or refunds issued after the product is installed.

Please note that products that aren't ordered together may have different lot numbers, therefore we cannot guarantee a color or pattern match. Solar Tint Wholesale LLC and partner manufacturers are always making changes and improvements to provide you with the highest quality products. Solar Tint Wholesale LLC does not guarantee any application of our films. We are here to help if you need tips on installation, however, we cannot be held responsible for installation failure or installer error .

Please be aware that if a claim needs to be filed for a product, it must be sent back within the time frame to file a claim with the given company; "usually is 30 days max depending on the manufacturer." If the time frame has exceeded this given period, Solar Tint Wholesale, LLC is not able to issue any type of replacement for said claims. We must follow the procedures of the manufacturer throughout the claim process and credit or replacement film will not be issued until the claim is finalized. Claims will require photos to be sent and material to be sent back so we can have the manufacturer test it. Please understand that most manufacturers do not issue a refund for granted claims, instead, you may receive a credit at our discretion that you can use toward a future order from Solar Tint Wholesale LLC for any product desired. Credits issued for claims must be used within 6 months from the date it was issued, once this time frame has passed we will not be able to honor any credit. We are not held accountable for any film that is not handled within that procedure. Please note that Solar Tint Wholesale LLC is not responsible for labor costs and manufacturers do not typically compensate labor costs. Shipping is nonrefundable and there is a 50% restocking fee for all vinyl, tint, and ppf returns.

Solar Tint Wholesale LLC will not be liable if you order the wrong product. If you receive a product that does not match the description, please contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue. For any shipment that is refused or returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for fees associated with re-shipping the package. Shipping costs are not refundable. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances where the return is a result of our error.

Tools/Accessories/Liquids:

Must be in its original condition, unopened. If product has been used or opened it will not be eligible for return. A Return must be requested within 15 days of receiving the original item. A 40% restocking fee will be applied if return is accepted. Shipping cost are the buyers responsibility upon return. If a shipping label is provided, the fees will be deducted from the total refund.

Other:

You have a 30-day window from the date of receipt to return an item. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned unopened and unused. You are responsible for covering all shipping costs associated with the return, which is nonrefundable. Upon approval of your return and receipt of the item, we will promptly process the refund, minus all shipping costs paid by Solar Tint Wholesale, LLC, to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that certain items may be subject to a restocking fee.
