Shipping Policy
All products will be shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS in the case of domestic shipments to the US and its territories generally within 2–14 business days from ordering for merchandise that is in stock at the time the order was created. If any item is on backorder, a customer may pre-order by paying for the merchandise upon order creation. The customer will be notified immediately via email when the pre-ordered product is back in stock and available to ship it will be shipped immediately from available inventory. Any international shipments will be sent via UPS or DHL. All shipping and handling charges will be charged to and paid for by the customer and are non-refundable.

Legal Terms and Refund/Return Policy
All products purchased are custom manufactured to a specific order and are not returnable or exchangeable. Please take special care to order carefully and completely. We recommend purchasing samples before making a larger purchase. Ask all questions before placing an order. No changes or alterations to an item, except color or finish prior to shipment, can be made at any time and will not constitute grounds for a return. All special order products are nonrefundable and nonexchangeable. In a case where we accept a return, shipping is nonrefundable and there is a 50% restocking fee for converted rolls. Full unopened rolls, if accepted, are subject to a 40% restocking fee. We do not accept returns on printed products. These are printed to order and final sales.
Products altered from their original state are not valid for warranty claims. Solar Tint Wholesale LLC will try to file claims through the applicable process, but nothing is guaranteed. Manufacturers do not offer warranty or replacements for products shipped outside the United States. International sales are final.
Solar Tint Wholesale LLC will replace or exchange products only if they are deemed incomplete or defective by a company representative. You must inform us about incomplete orders, defects, shortages, or exceptions within 14 days of receiving your order. There are no replacements, exchanges, or refunds after installation.
Products not ordered together may have different lot numbers, so color or pattern match cannot be guaranteed. Solar Tint Wholesale LLC does not guarantee any application of its films and cannot be held responsible for installation failure or installer error.
Claims require photos and material to be returned within the manufacturer’s claim period, usually 30 days maximum. Credits issued for claims must be used within six months. Solar Tint Wholesale LLC is not responsible for labor costs. Shipping is nonrefundable and there is a 50% restocking fee for vinyl, tint, and PPF returns.
Tools, accessories, and liquids must be unopened and in original condition. Returns must be requested within 15 days, and accepted returns carry a 40% restocking fee. Other unopened and unused items may be returned within 30 days of receipt, subject to approval and nonrefundable shipping costs.
